We employ a full time quality assurance staff and have a well developed and comprehensive food safety program. We concern ourselves with quality issues from the time of purchase through final delivery to our valued customers. We employ independent field agents to examine and approve each lot of apples purchased before it is loaded and shipped to us from our vendors. Our in-plant efforts include a GMP program, a HAACP plan, microbiology testing by production lot in our in-house lab, a full-time sanitation crew (which performs a complete plant clean-up and sanitation process every night), and much more.
